TVJ and TNJ series are automatic machines of wads, liner or pre-cut wads insertion from a coil or roll in plastic or aluminum caps. Depending on the type of liner and the speed required in the process, there are available two different types of machine: - TVJ: accurate and robust machine with its mechanical transmission to high workloads: high speed, precision and stability
- TNJ: more economical version for small productions and wads low shear strength
The configuration and size of each equipment is determined by the characteristics of the cap and wad manipulated and production requirements of each application. The cutting matrix may incorporate 1, 2, 3 or more cutting punches by required speed. The equipment supports multiple different types of caps: round, square, tapered, hinged, etc. Depending on which, the equipment will incorporate one or another type of cap feeder and other peripherals. Admissible geometry of wad cut and inserted can be also diverse: round, disk (donut) or with side folds.
