Features
Flexible and modular design which uses a simple transport system to move the sealing fixtures through machine's stations.
Standard configuration features manual blister feeder into sealing fixtures, manual product feeding, an automatic card feeder, a heat sealing press and a finished package unloader. On demand, machine can be provided with an automatic blister feeder and a second card feeder to produce trapped blisters.
Modular plug & run sealing fixtures assure maximum up-time.
Operation- Operator loads pre-formed blisters into the sealing fixtures.
- Operator loads product into blisters.
- Cards feed automatically into sealing trays.
- Cards are automatically heat sealed to blisters.
- Suction cups lift the final packs from the sealing trays and move them out of the machine.
- PLC controlled via touch-screen.
