Hamer-Pack - H64-SZ
Carousel type machines designed for medium and large volume production requirements. These machines are used to manufacture face seal blisters and trapped blisters. Many options are available.  Operation Flexible and modular design which uses a simple pallet transport system to move the sealing fixtures through the machine’s stations. Each cycle of the machine means a stroke in the position of the sealing fixtures.  The standard configuration of the carousel features an automatic blister feeder, an automatic back card feeder, a sealing press and a finished package unloader on a conveyor belt. These machines are ready to be equipped with a blister forming machine with a capability to form more than one row of pre-formed blisters from a roll of continuous foil. Individual blisters are cut rectangular. First each row is cut transversal and after each figure I cut longitudinal before and transferred onto the sealing fixtures. The complete process is accomplished with no scrap. The open design of the machine allows the addition of further stations for additional operations. Many options are available here. For example, a second automatic card feeder can be installed previous to the blister transfer operation to manufacture trapped blisters. Even the loading of the products inside the blisters can be totally automated. This machine features an automatic system to change and stock the sealing fixtures in vertical magazines.
