The TVP35 is a roll-fed automatic thermoforming machine with separate forming and trimming stations. The forming is made by a combination of vacuum and air pressure (up to 6 bars). Maximum forming area is 500x350 mm. This machine is suitable for the production of large outputs of small parts, with most of the thermoformable material (PVC, PET, PS, OPS,...)
Main specifications.
Machine frame is built according to a modular design which allows customisation to suit the customer's needs. The most common optional extras of this machie are as follows:
- Can use foil up to 1 mm thickness, by means of foil edge pre-heaters.
- Hole punch press between forming and cutting station.
- Motorized positioning of steel-rule trimming press according to index lenght.
- Motorized adjustment of gap between chain rails according to foil width.
